Blog Delay
I need to take a moment to apologize for the delay of new posts on the blog. I spent a few weeks promoting the site, asking you to come view the information and then my computer had to go in for repairs. Please bear with me as I try to update new posts more frequently.

School has begun
For many of you the carefree days of summer have come to a close and school has begun. Whether you are now in college or in high school, classes are nothing like sitting at the beach. There is a sense of excitement that surrounds the first day of school, unfortunately it does not last for very long. Here are some ideas for making it through the school day.

Why Run?
I hate running. Let’s just get that out there. I’m all about running in short sprints like in an Ultimate game or around the yard in a game of “duck, duck, goose” but running any distance for the fun if it is not my thing. Even though I have a distaste for running I really appreciate some of the pictures we took at camp this summer.
