The Countdown Continues
When we started this blog in February, this day seemed so far away. I can’t believe that it is finally here! Today is the day that is exactly one month left until Senior Teen 2010!

Sometimes a picture says a thousands words and sometimes it needs a little interpretation.
I can talk about Senior Teen Week all I want, but let’s face it:
1. Camp has changed since I was a camper.
2. You don’t want to take my word for it when you can talk to your peers.
School is ending! You are almost done! You have a lot on your plate right now. Last days of classes, studying, finals, graduation, parties, work or trying to find work, and so much more. It is enough to stress anyone out.
Now that we are done with the Spring Retreat we have entered into the time of year we called crunch time. Or the “OH MY GOODNESS WE HAVE A LOT TO DO!” time. Can you believe Senior Teen 2010 is only 75 days away?
Ok so the retreat is in 3 days. Have you even begun to think about packing yet? I know some of you have been packed since last week and are waiting to bolt out the door. But before you try to zip up that suitcase, here is a list of some of the things you might want to pack.
Our philosophy is pack for every kind of weather.
Pants, shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, sneakers, sandals…you get the idea
If it is hot we might play some water games so clothes to get wet in is probably a good idea.
We will be playing games in the woods, so appropriate footwear (SNEAKERS)
Bathroom supplies
We always seem to forgot our towels so here is your reminder!
Sleeping bag and pillow
Dark clothes for night games
Bible
Camera
Please remember all clothes should follow the camp dress code. The dress code can be found on the camp website www.camptimberledge.org
If you have any other questions regarding what you should pack, feel free to email us.
With the retreat one week away, I wanted to take a moment to relive some of our retreat highlights.
Camp is a week filled with a roller coaster of emotions. I can’t think of anywhere else that I laugh so hard one day and the next I am reduced to a good cry. I enter the week wide awake & on a high and finish the week exhausted & on an even bigger high. I couldn’t pick a better place to hang out and probably most of my top ten life memories happened at Camp Timberledge.
Let’s take a moment to relive our All Time Funniest Camp Memories.

We wanted you to be able to voice your opinion. Please leave a comment and let us know, in your opinion, Why Go To Senior Teen Week?

The wait for this post is finally over.
